CREG+ Creator Program Terms
These terms govern participation in the CREG+ Creator Program. By applying, accepting approval, using a creator link or code, or receiving commission, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility, approval, and account security
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, control the creator account listed in your application, and be legally able to receive compensation. Approval is discretionary and does not create employment, agency, franchise, or an exclusive relationship. Keep your creator-dashboard password confidential, replace temporary credentials at first sign-in, and notify CREG+ immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. CREG+ may request identity, tax, or payout verification before payment.
2. Commission
Approved creators earn 20% of eligible net merchandise revenue attributed to them. Eligible net merchandise revenue means product revenue after customer discounts and refunded merchandise. Taxes, shipping, duties, gift cards, cancelled orders, fraudulent orders, chargebacks, test orders, self-referrals, and other non-product amounts are excluded. Calculations are made in the order currency and may be converted to the payout currency using the payment provider’s rate.
3. Attribution
A valid creator discount code takes priority. If no creator code is used, a verified creator link can receive attribution for 30 days from the most recent eligible click. Shopify order data is the system of record. CREG+ may correct duplicate, technically invalid, manipulated, or wrongly attributed transactions. Cross-device and cookie-blocked visits may not be trackable.
4. Customer promotion
The standard customer offer is 10% off eligible merchandise, subject to the Shopify discount configuration shown in your portal. Unless CREG+ confirms otherwise in writing, codes cannot be combined with other product, order, or shipping discounts and are limited to one use per customer. Creators may not publish codes on coupon, cashback, deal-aggregation, or browser-extension services.
5. Pending period and returns
Commission remains pending for 30 days after payment so returns, cancellations, and fraud checks can be processed. A refund or cancellation reduces or voids the related commission. If a reversal happens after payment, the overpayment may be deducted from a later payout; CREG+ will show the adjustment in the ledger.
6. Payouts
Payable balances are processed monthly after they reach $50.00. Amounts below the threshold roll forward. You are responsible for a correct payout email or receiving account, any identity or tax verification, and applicable taxes. New or changed destinations require owner review and a 72-hour security hold before they can enter a payout batch. Failed payouts may be retried after information is corrected. CREG+ will never ask you to enter online-banking passwords, card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, or bank-account logins in this portal.
7. Required disclosure
Every post, video, story, stream, article, email, or other communication that includes a CREG+ creator link, code, gifted product, or other benefit must clearly disclose the material relationship in a prominent, easy-to-understand way before or next to the recommendation. Examples include “Ad,” “Paid partnership with CREG+,” or “I earn commission if you buy through my link.” Platform tools should be used in addition to, not instead of, a clear disclosure. You must follow all laws and platform rules that apply to your audience and location.
8. Content and claims
Content must be truthful, original, respectful, and based on your genuine experience. You may not make medical, disease-treatment, guaranteed-result, before-and-after, safety, performance, certification, environmental, or comparative claims unless CREG+ has supplied that exact approved claim in writing. Do not alter required warnings or imply that CREG+ endorses personal opinions beyond the partnership.
9. Prohibited conduct
- Buying through your own link or code, arranging reciprocal purchases, or generating fake traffic.
- Paid-search bidding on CREG+, brand misspellings, product names, or creator codes.
- Cookie stuffing, forced redirects, misleading buttons, adware, spam, impersonation, or hidden tracking.
- Using CREG+ intellectual property in a domain, social handle, account name, or paid ad without written permission.
- Promoting unlawful, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, deceptive, or unsafe content in connection with CREG+.
10. Brand license and content use
While active, you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the approved CREG+ assets solely for authorized promotion. Do not modify logos or suggest ownership. CREG+ may repost public program content organically with attribution. Any paid advertising, whitelisting, editing, exclusivity, or extended usage rights require a separate written agreement.
11. Monitoring, suspension, and termination
CREG+ may review program activity and request supporting information. The program or an individual account may be paused or terminated for risk, violations, inactivity, reputational harm, legal requirements, or business reasons. Confirmed eligible commission earned before termination remains payable unless connected to a violation, fraud, refund, chargeback, or other exclusion. Links and codes may be disabled immediately.
12. Changes and records
Program rates do not change retroactively. CREG+ may update future terms or offers by posting a new version and notifying active creators when changes are material. The portal ledger, Shopify order records, payout references, and written CREG+ approvals are the controlling records.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the program is provided without guaranteed earnings, availability, conversion, or uninterrupted tracking. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. CREG+’s aggregate liability related to the program will not exceed unpaid valid commission from the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where law does not allow that limit.
